The most important factor in the Mind, Body, and Spirit connection is the subconscious mind. It is the motor behind manifesting and deliberate creation, and it is either working to help you achieve results or it is working against you .

Sadly, from the moment we are born, we are exposed to, and ultimately programmed, with tons of self-limiting beliefs by the people and media around us. Rarely, we ever receive any kind of life lessons that teaches us how to activate our own inner power and create the lives we want.
As a result, the Subconscious Mind gets in the way and blocks guidance from the Spirit, and this is why people don't get the results they want when they start to learn to become a Conscious creator of their life.
All of our beliefs, behaviors, and actions, are contained in the Subconscious mind and they are what controls and dictates what we do or don't do.

Reiki is spiritually guided life force healing energy. Reiki energy can have a positive effect on the energy field of all living things. By learning Reiki you can help you body's natural ability to heal itself. It can also help keep you thoughts positive, calm you nerves and help you stay focused. Reiki Simply makes us better. In this class you will receive four attunements, learn the history of reiki,and learn to give reiki to yourself and others.

This months theme will be Manifestation. We will go deeply in learning the power of our thoughts and our words. We will learn different technique to create what we want by being clear on our intentions. Learn what is like to visualize and experience your desires using your five senses. Feel how it feels to have what you want and to trust the process by detaching from the results.
